Course Content:

Practical & Theory Classes (Online):

Hot, strip, and film waxing techniques for legs, bikini, underarms, forearms, and face.

Skin histology and hair structure.

Understanding skin diseases and disorders, the endocrine system, wax products, ingredients, and alternative hair removal methods like sugaring.


Course Structure:

The Waxing Course spans 50 hours, incorporating both theory and practical classes over a 3-6 month period. This online course equips students with fundamental knowledge and skills in hair removal techniques, including strip wax and hot wax methods. The curriculum covers products, techniques, aftercare advice, as well as precautions and general hygiene for effective and safe treatments.

Certification:

Upon successful completion, students will receive a Waxing Certification.

Course Content:

Comprehensive instruction in the full manicure and pedicure procedure, including hand and foot massage.

Utilization of equipment and nail products.

Specialized hand and foot treatments, paraffin & hot oil treatments.

In-depth study of anatomy of the hands and feet, skin structure, and anatomy of the nail.

Exploration of nail diseases and disorders, contra-indications, and understanding of nail products and ingredients.

Certification: Manual Facials Certification awarded by Total Concept and/or ITEC


Course Content:

Practical Sessions (In-Person):

Manual facial practicals covering cleanse, secondary cleanse/steaming, skin analysis, tinting, brow shaping, facial massage, and mask therapy.

Theory Classes (Online):

Skin histology, basic dermatology, and skin analysis.

Applied facial theory, including cosmetic skin care products and ingredients.

Instruction on bleaching techniques.


Course Structure:

The Manual Facials course spans 100 hours over a 12-month period. This blended approach includes both theory and practical classes, offering a comprehensive understanding of manual facial techniques, history, trends, and product knowledge.

Upon completion of the course, students will receive a Manual Facials Certification, recognized by Total Concept and/or ITEC.
